Get fit, challenge yourself and help end world hunger!
In Africa, hunger is increasing at an alarming rate, and eradicating hunger and malnutrition is one of the greatest challenges of our time. JAM is committed to the UN’s second Social Development Goal, #zeroHunger, pledging to end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.
With our humanitarian food assistance, we provide nutritious food to those in urgent need. Our complimentary programmes address the root causes of hunger, building the resilience of communities. Nothing is more important to the development of a child than good health and nutrition, particularly in the first 1000 days. To prevent stunting and to promote healthy development, we must ensure that children and nursing mothers have access to the required nutritious food and treatment.
Sign up for a running event list below and train as you fundraise to help end hunger in Africa. We will cover your entry fee and send you a #zeroHunger wrist and head sweatband. Some events include the chance to win a medal! Submit your progress each month to join the JAMpions leaderboard.
