We were lucky enough to have our partners CRC host an Fit4freedom Exerciseathon event on Saturday 14th July at Goddington Park to raise funds for JAM. The #Fit4Freedom sessions were run by the dynamic #TigerPitCrossfit team (www.tigerpitcrossfit.com) and we had a group of JAM volunteers attend on the day to help raise awareness and finances.
